病。虽然“腰痛”多因“血瘀”、“肾虚”起，但我院地处岭南，其
地必湿，其病多湿，湿多化热，故大多数患者均可辨证为“湿热”，
壮年者多兼有“血瘀”，老年者多兼有“肾虚”，分别应用不同方药，
参之经方，加以化裁，临床应用有验效。
　　不可忽视的是，中药辨证施治也要因时、因地、因人制宜。例如，
南方地气潮湿，如多用当归等辛燥之物，体必不受之；天气炎热，即
使辨证为体虚当予补剂，也应慎用滋腻膏补之品，以免碍胃。
　　中药外用也有独到的疗效，如中药外敷、熏蒸等。我们在临床中
也总结了一些外用的方剂，如生川乌30克，生草乌30克，桂枝15克，
