苟不教， If  you are not raised properly,
性乃迁。Your  born-nature will leave you.
教之道， During the raising of the kids,
贵以专。 the success key is to be persistent and consistent.
昔孟母， Previously, a great mother named Mrs. Mon,
择邻处。 Chose her neighbours to avoid bad influence.
子不学， to persuade her son to  study hard，
断机杼。 She broke the shuttle of her loom.
窦燕山， A famous person called Dou,
有义方。Who is greatly renowned for educating kids.
教五子， All his five sons,
名俱扬。 Were well-known for their achievements.
养不教， If anyone who have children but don';t educate them,
父之过。 it is all the father';s fault.
教不严， but if they are educated but not disciplined.
师之惰。 their teacher must be too lazy.
子不学， If you refuse to learn hard,
非所宜。 that must be a big mistake.
幼不学， If you don';t learn it in childhood,
老何为。 you will lose your ability when aged.
