you can still find the blacklist from the website of Community Pharmacy scotland. it is still listed as one of the drugs that are not allowed to be prescribed/dispensed on NHS prescriptions.
I would rather disagree with myself,but does that change the decision of National Health Service of UK?

中文写给看不明白英文的的同志，罗鼎辉的那个Zemaphyte，1993年就在英国上了黑名单，被列为英国卫生署不准处方和分发（prescribed/dispensed）的药物，在英国行不通，就回中国来骗同胞，我们中医人就是被这样的人骗，这些人出去丢了中医的人，回来吹牛说为国争光！中医人 崇拜到我要吐了！
