Some of the protein molecules distributed on the cell membrane are known receptors, which are egg proteins that can produce binding with signal substances such as hormones, and some are channel gate proteins that act as gateways. They can open special gates through conformational changes to facilitate the passage of charged ions or molecules, or enter the cell, or transport substances to the outside of the cell, etc.

But we can't think that the physiological function, physiology and biochemistry of all the proteins distributed on the cell membrane have been well studied!

What is the biological function of some of these proteins!

Of course, they are also very likely to be some kind of channel gate proteins that enter into the membrane.

The cell membrane has two layers. The space between the two layers is nano scale, which is one order of magnitude or about ten times larger than the linearity of atoms or molecules. Like a blue ball with two layers of skin, the two layers of skin are hollow. In such a space with large relative capacity, it is possible to accommodate a considerable volume of small molecules, which can be solid liquid or gas Sub material!

And physiology just knows that there is such a space, but it doesn't know what kind of biochemical substances can be contained in it!

Because when these cells are used for dissection and separation, it is assumed that there is some kind of physiological substance in them, but in this state, there will be no more, especially liquid or gas substances, which will certainly not exist in this state!
